Partners work in a focused portal. They are not added to your Jira site and do not need Jira training.
Field-level visibility
Choose which fields partners can see or edit. Keep internal notes, custom fields, or other details inside Jira.
Revoke and audit
Revoke access when a collaboration ends. Audit logs record who accessed what and what changed.
No extra Jira seats
External partners use the portal. They do not consume Jira licenses.
Own-organization sharing
Share selected work items with members of your own organization as well as external partners.
Jira Guest is a different model
Jira Guest adds people into Jira, limited to one space, on Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans — not Free. That is the right choice when someone should work inside Jira. If you need selected work items and a portal outside Jira, use Collabound.
